Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. In some cases, an additional business day may be required to process your order.

Estimated delivery time: approximately 3–4 business days.

International Orders

For customers outside Hong Kong, import duties and taxes may apply in accordance with local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that some banks may charge foreign transaction fees for international purchases — this is charged by your bank, not by krazykick.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. Tracking updates may pause for a few days during customs clearance — this is normal.

Split Shipments

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship available items in your order separately. If this happens, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package. No additional shipping fees will be charged.
