Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. In some cases, an additional business day may be required to process your order.

International Orders
For customers outside Hong Kong, import duties and taxes may apply in accordance with local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that some banks may charge foreign transaction fees for international purchases — this is charged by your bank, not by krazykick.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. Tracking updates may pause for a few days during customs clearance — this is normal.
If your package has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@krazykick.com. You can also log into your krazykick account at any time to check the latest delivery status in your order history.
Split Shipments
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship available items in your order separately. If this happens, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package. No additional shipping fees will be charged.

Return Window
You may submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
Returned items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached, along with all original accessories and packaging (e.g., shoes must be returned in their original box). We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened, used, or incompletely packaged personal beauty and skincare products
- Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel with damaged or removed hygiene seals or tags
- Swimwear with damaged or removed hygiene seals
- Clearance items discounted at 50% or more
How to Return
- Submit Online: Scan the return QR code on your receipt, or log in to krazykick.com and navigate to the Returns page.
- Pack Your Items: Place the item(s) and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package. Clearly write your Order Number on the outside of the package.
- Ship It Back: Drop off the package at the designated location shown on your return QR code, then share the tracking number with our customer service team.
Return Shipping Fee
A return shipping fee of HKD $38 will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size selected, change of mind), the shipping fee is borne by the customer.
System Troubleshooting: If you encounter issues generating a return label online, please try resubmitting your request using English characters for the address fields. If the issue persists, contact us at support@krazykick.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Actual processing time may vary depending on your card issuer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, all orders enter our fulfillment process immediately upon placement. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once submitted — including changes to items, size, color, shipping address, or delivery method. If you change your mind, please wait to receive your order and then submit a return request.

No. To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders enter our processing system immediately. Once submitted, orders cannot be modified or canceled (including canceling whole/partial items, changing delivery addresses, shipping methods, or adding/replacing/deleting items).
