No. To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders enter our processing system immediately. Once submitted, orders cannot be modified or canceled (including canceling whole/partial items, changing delivery addresses, shipping methods, or adding/replacing/deleting items). If you change your mind, you can apply for a return after receiving the package and place a new order for the correct items.

You can request a return within a 7-day cooling-off period after receiving the product. Returned items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and include all original accessories and packaging (e.g., shoes must be returned in their original shoe box). Non-returnable items due to hygiene/safety reasons: Opened/used personal cosmetics, facial/body care products ; underwear, socks, and close-fitting apparel with damaged or removed hygiene seals/tags ; swimwear with damaged/removed hygiene seals ; clearance items with discounts of 50% or more.
1. Online Application: Scan the QR code on the receipt and log into the krazykick website's "Return Page".
2. Pack the Product: Pack the original product along with the receipt or order confirmation photocopy, and clearly write your "Order Number" on the outside.
3. Ship Back: Ship it to the designated network point via the return QR code, and provide the tracking number to customer service. Return Shipping Fee: A return shipping fee of HK$38 will be deducted from your total refund amount. If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, style dissatisfaction), this fee is borne by the buyer.
